Liability for content

As a service provider, according to § 7 paragraph 1 TMG, we are responsible for own content on these pages as stated in the general laws. Under §§ 8 to 10, we are, on the other hand, not required to monitor transmitted or saved foreign information or to search for circumstances that point to illegal actions. Responsibilities for the removal or exclusion of the usage of information under general laws are not affected by this. A corresponding liability is however only possible from the time the legal infringement is known. On gaining knowledge of the respective legal infringement, these contents will be removed immediately.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external third-party websites; we have no influence regarding their content. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for this foreign content. The respective provider or operator of those pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked concerning possible legal violations at the time of linkage. Illegal content was not evident at the moment of linkage. Permanent control of the content of the linked pages is, without explicit references concerning a legal violation, not acceptable. Upon gaining knowledge of legal infringements, these kinds of links will be removed immediately.

Copyright law

The content and work on these pages, created by the website operator, are subject to German copyright law. Copying, processing, distribution and any kind of reuse outside the realms of the copyright require the written consent of the respective authors or, if applicable, creators. Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. To the extent that the content on this page was not created by the provider, the copyrights of third parties are observed. In particular, third-party content is marked accordingly. Nevertheless, should you become aware of a copyright infringement, we would like to request appropriate notice. Upon gaining knowledge of such copyright infringements, we will remove such content immediately.

Data protection declaration

This data protection declaration informs users about the type, extent, and purpose of the collection and usage of personal data by the provider, waggon24 GmbH, Am Falkenberg 117, 12524 Berlin, Telephone: +49(0)30-577025090, E-Mail: , on this web page (in the following “offer”).

The legal basis of the data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Law (BDSG) and the Telemedia Law (TMG).

Access data/server log files

The provider (if applicable, his web-space provider) gathers data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data contains: name of the accessed website, folder/file, date and time of access, browser and version type, user’s operating system, URL referral (the previously visited page), IP-address and the requested provider.

The provider uses the protocol data for statistical evaluations only for the purpose of the operation, the security and the optimisation of the offer. The provider retains the protocol data to be evaluated at a later time, if the justified suspicion of an illegal usage arises due to explicit references.

Handling of personal data

Personal data is information with whose help a person can be detected, therefore, they are details that can be retraced to a person. They contain the name, the e-mail address or the telephone number of the said person. These personal data also include information about preferences, hobbies, memberships or the web pages a person is visiting.

Personal data are only collected, used or passed on by the provider if this is legally allowed or the user has agreed to the collecting of the data.

Establishing contact

When establishing contact with the provider (for example, by means of a contact form or e-mail), the details of the user are saved to process the request and in case further issues arise.

Integration of services and content of third parties

It may happen that this online offer incorporates third-party content, for example, YouTube videos, material from Google Maps, RSS-feeds or graphics of other web pages. This always requires the providers of these contents (hereafter, “third-parties”) to perceive the user’s IP-address, because without the IP-address they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required in order to present these contents. We go to great lengths to use only that content for which their respective providers use the IP-address solely for the delivery of the contents. However, we have no influence over third parties storing the user’s IP-address, for example, for statistical purposes. To the extent we are aware of this, we inform the user about it.

Cookies are small data files that enable specific information to be saved, that is, relative to the user’s access device (PC, Smartphone or other). They serve, on the one hand, to make web pages user-friendly and are therefore helpful to users (e.g. for saving login data). On the other hand, they also serve to obtain statistical data about web page usage and to enable them to be analysed to improve the offer. The user can influence the usage of cookies. Most browsers have an option with which the saving of cookies can be restricted or totally prevented. However, we do stress that usage and the user convenience in particular will be restricted without cookies.

Revocation, changing, editing and updating

Users have the right to receive information free of charge regarding any personal data that has been saved about them. Additionally, users have the right to the correction of incorrect data, and the blocking and deletion of their personal data, as long as this does not contravene any legal storage duty.
